Delivery time
On each product page, the estimated delivery date is displayed just below the “Add to Cart” button.
Generally, in-stock items ordered by noon (12:00) can be shipped from our Auckland warehouse on the same day. Delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days depending on the delivery address. Delivery is relatively fast in major cities, but it may take a few extra days in rural areas.
Our shipping partner is NZ Post. We also offer premium delivery options for some items for customers who require faster delivery. These options can be selected at the checkout screen.
Our goal is to keep all items in stock at all times. However, due to the popularity of our beautiful furniture, we may experience temporary shortages during peak sales periods. Each product page includes shipping and delivery estimates. In the unlikely event that we are unable to meet an estimated delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know a new estimated delivery date.
Overseas delivery
For orders outside of New Zealand, please feel free to contact us directly.

Shipping Fee
Shipping costs within New Zealand are automatically calculated at checkout.
Our system is designed to provide you with the fairest and most reasonable shipping cost possible, taking into consideration factors such as the distance to your destination, the size of your items, and the total weight of your order.
